Just got back inf rom an evening out with an older friend, went to see a golden oldie type concert, suprisingly it was a fab time, reminiscing my younger years, whilst growing up was fab!

Been to the NIA, Shawadywaddy (not sure i spelt that right, one of the less familiar groups of my toddler years-lol!) Hot Chocolate & The four Tops...legends i can tell ya, still got the ooh factor!  Had a good old bop n singalong, good taste of culture there!  Made my mama proud-lol!!

Whilst i listen to all types of music myself this was a bit diff to my norm but all the same was cool!  It was great to see the old biddies using their dentures to teh extreme, having good old singalong themselves.  Saw a few old dears throw away their walking sticks and zimmer frames and get down on it to Hot Chocolate bless em.   I recommend everyone to occasionally go back in time & boogie on down with some old tunez...done me the world of good but now i have some saved up energy to burn off....any ideas??
